It's beneficial to both tenants and landlords to book in routine visits to ensure all is well with the property and that both parties are satisfied with the arrangement. Focus Pro can offer a service whereby we visit the property, and ensure things are as expected. It is also a great opportunity to ensure tenants are happy, and make landlords aware of any maintenance needs, before they grow into a bigger and more expensive problem.

Visits can be arranged at a time that suits the tenants, and can be done on a one-off or routine basis. We have the capacity to visit properties throughout the Manchester area and further afield.

Check-out

Once a tenancy has come to an end and your previous tenants have moved out, a check-out photoshoot is well worth booking. It can help:

Determine the condition and cleanliness of the property after it has been lived in
Identify any wear and tear/damage that needs addressing
Ensures everything in the inventory is present
Determine if tenants can get their full deposit back, or if deductions need to be made as per any agreements

Visits can be done with or without the tenants present, and we can also take meter readings (where applicable). Reports are normally available to landlords and agencies within a couple of days.
